I agree with 70worm, they are also very bias. If you’re not a local Ingalls person don’t expect to feel welcome, they’ve made that clear at many Town Hall Meetings. I’m in a CP Morgan community there and they never liked us being there, but I’m sure they like the extra income the city is getting now that people are living there and buying things to support the Town. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.

Don't feel singled out Local neighbor, we live in Lick Creek Estates and the nasty attitude from the water company is given to everyone,, the fall creek regional waste people are 100 percent nicer though. Also If you are considering moving here, Ingalls has one of the highest in the state Water and Sewer connection fee's at more then 2 grand each, and then the water and sewer bills are twice what you would pay in Indianapolis. As for the town council, it is small town for sure, a lot of uneducated decisions and come time to vote, we plan on changing that, but more participation from towns people would be recommended. currently for a town of around 2000, there is usually around 12 people at the meetings.. As for the local environment, it is friendly and nice park access for children.

I used their service for 8 years no problem however with my last bill they claim i own $119.67. They also had my security deposite of $50. Wich was deducted later on and left me a balance of $44.67. During their attempt to collect they wanted a full payment of $119.67 and i gave them the opportunity to collect the $119.67 in two payment they declined. Wich i did not own. They also filled a false claim with the court that i own $119.67 knowing that i just own $44.67. Now i am ready to go all the way.

We moved away and Ingalls decided to tack on late charges when we overpaid. We overpaid because we had to guess what the bill was as they didn't send one. Since we don't live there but haven't sold yet we still get charged for the minimum **300. I don't even know if that is gallons or cubic feet. The actual reading didn't change.

They are mighty proud of their high priced water
